Oconee Music Instructor, Amber Miller teaches Kidzrock, guitar, ukulele, and voice. Amber holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Georgia Southern University, as well as a Bachelor’s Equivalency degree in Music Therapy from the University of Georgia. She has three years of experience teaching elementary music in a public school setting. She also has over 1200 clinical hours of experience in the field of music therapy, which uses music to support non-musical goals. Amber has a passion for sharing and creating music with people of all abilities and ages.
Though voice is her primary instrument, Amber also plays guitar, ukulele, and piano. She has performed in various choirs, musicals, orchestras throughout her life, including an orchestra performance at Disney World in Orlando, FL and a choir performance at Carnegie Hall in New York City, NY.
In addition to music, Amber also enjoys reading, board games, geocaching, video games, and travel.
